Who makes my order?

I do! Slieve Studio is a one woman business, all my cards are designed and foiled by myself, printed locally here in Ireland. I take great joy in helping you send joyful cards to your loved ones and your orders mean so much to me.

Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post. This service is not tracked. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class mail the next working day, including Saturdays, however this can vary during busy periods and this is out of my control. I aim to send your orders out within 3 days of receiving them, however if you are in a hurry you can drop me a note when you order on louise@slieve.studio and I will do my best to get it to you as soon as possible.

Refunds

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact me at louise@slieve.studio Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages

If the item is damaged on receipt, drop me a note with pictures if possible and keep any packaging.

Exceptions

I cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged by the recipient. I am not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, if you need the item for a specific date please make sure you have ordered with plenty of time.

Refunds 

If your refund is approved I will refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
