Looking forward…

I’m starting this year off looking back - it’s been nearly a year since my one and only blog post, so hopefully this year might be a little more consistent? We shall see!

Looking ahead at this year, I have some exciting things coming up.

January is kicking off with an exciting programme with Craft NI/NMDDC/Go Succeed. I’ll share a wee bit about each session as they happen but the first one is an online meet up and we’ve a few tasks to complete beforehand which I’ve really found useful in helping me formulate a plan for my business this year.

I’ve have a trip to Dublin planned this month to visit Showcase in the RDS. I am hoping to take part in this in January 2027, so it will be amazing to get down and have a look round and get a feel for the vibe, footfall and atmosphere. I’m still debating whether to do a trade show later this year, I am undecided!

Later this month I am going to see Michael Palin in Belfast and I am very excited - total hero!

I’ve really enjoyed looking back at my best selling cards and prints this year, my Mournes designs did so well.

There will be a deeper dive into how things went for my business last year - markets, wholesale, online selling, trade shows. So that’s all for now, keep an eye on my insta to see if I manage an updated pic of Palin - most unlikely as I am very shy!
